At Teremok Shop, we aim to provide a first-class, value for money, professional delivery service for all our customers.

When purchasing our products online, if you are resident in the UK you will need first to select your delivery location from England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, then select your preferred delivery option from the list below. All our stated prices, for our extensive range of products and delivery options, are quoted inclusive of UK VAT.

Please note that we cannot delivery frozen products outside the Cambridge CB postcode area.

We provide a free delivery service within the Cambridge CB and Royston SG postcode areas for purchases in excess of ₤25. On Saturdays, we can also deliver purchases of any amount free of delivery charge to parents whose children may be attending Saturday morning and afternoon classes at either the Cambridge Russian School on Long Road, or the Cambridge Russian Academy on Radegund Road. Our business has its roots in supporting the Russian speaking community here in Cambridge and we are continuing to endeavour to provide this support in consultation with the schools during the presently difficult situation caused by the Corona Virus pandemic. We would be grateful, therefore, if parents could make best use this service to pre-order our products, so we can deliver them in a manner that is safe and consistent with the current COVID restrictions letters, that works well on almost every site.

Please be careful to ensure that you select the correct option, so as to avoid any unnecessary delay in the delivery of your purchase. If you have any query about these options, or if you think you may have made a mistake in your selection, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible by email at info@teremokshop.co.uk. We will also contact you directly, if you enter a postcode for your delivery which does not match the option you select. We may ask you to pay an excess charge, if the actual delivery cost exceeds the cost of the option you have selected, but this will not exceed the difference between these costs. Conversely, if you have mistakenly overpaid for your delivery, we will reimburse you for the overpaid amount. We are here to help and want to ensure you receive your delivery as quickly and securely as possible.

Outside the CB and SG postcode. 

We aim to deliver our non-perishable products between 1 to 5 working days. We normally place our deliveries with our service provider by 14:00 GMT on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, with the aim of ensuring that deliveries arrive with our customers by 16:00 GMT the next day. If you would like your delivery to arrive on a Saturday, we charge an additional ₤5 for this service. We cannot arrange for deliveries to arrive on Sundays, but an order placed on Friday, for example, should be delivered to your address on Monday. We are able to accept orders on Saturdays and Sundays for dispatch with our service provider on Monday.

We are able to deliver fresh (i.e. perishable), but presently not frozen, products also outside the CB and SG postcode areas. Please do not hesitate to contact us also if you have any queries about this aspect of our service. We aim to deliver our fresh products by 16:00 GMT next day, but please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for safe delivery of our perishable products in the event that either the packaging or the products are damaged on arrival, or if the products arrive later than expected or in a perished condition. We do make an extra charge of ₤2.50 for delivery of perishable items, but this is only to cover the extra cost of the special packaging required to ensure the products remain sufficiently cool throughout their journey. Please note that for deliveries containing perishable items, we are not presently able to offer a reduced price option for deliveries under 2kg.

The same delivery charges apply throughout England and Wales, except for London ULEZ (Ultra Low Emissions Zone) and Congestion Charge zones, for which we charge a ₤1 surplus. Deliveries to Scotland and Northern Ireland cost more than deliveries within England and Wales and deliveries to the Scottish Highlands cost more than deliveries to Scottish Mainland postcodes. If you are placing an order from Scotland, please check to make sure you have selected an option that is correct for your postcode area, as stated in the options list below. Please note that cannot deliver perishable products to locations in the Scottish Highlands, or to Northern Ireland, as we cannot presently guarantee next day deliveries to these locations.
